Open Text Summarizer

Open Text Summarizer is a nifty utility to summarize text.
http://libots.sourceforge.net

For Mandrake users who have urpmi configured.

urpmi ots to install it.

Its written as a proper filter.

cat "your favourite html content page" | ots -r 20 > "your summarypage in html"

So I will not bother to read your big blog now ;-), but summarize it.

Have you got a perfect 12

A score of 12 is perfect, 11 is tolerable, but 10 or lower and you've got serious problems. The truth is that most software organizations are running with a score of 2 or 3, and they need serious help, because companies like Microsoft run at 12 full-time.

That's one reason to fix bugs right away: because it takes less time. There's another reason, which relates to the fact that it's easier to predict how long it will take to write new code than to fix an existing bug. For example, if I asked you to predict how long it would take to write the code to sort a list, you could give me a pretty good estimate. But if I asked you how to predict how long it would take to fix that bug where your code doesn't work if Internet Explorer 5.5 is installed, you can't even guess, because you don't know (by definition) what's causing the bug. It could take 3 days to track it down, or it could take 2 minutes.

Google is the Matrix

Quote Monica from Sarai Reader List

Gmail invites are a bit like Agent Smith, na? Much as you try to eliminate them, hardier varieties spring up. And what a clever dispersal strategy. Who can humanly resist the exclusivity of an "invitation"? You have to beg/borrow/steal for one,and pass it on, and accept if you get one.Soon, then, one can foresee a tyrannous reign of gmail accounts – each one spawning a dozen more – and internet human-users helplessly, recklessly opening more and more gmail accounts, sending out more andmore SOS invitations, just to keep their inboxes looking non-messy and invite-free…

Infact just to take it further Google itself is the matrix. We decide our touch, smell and feel the way Google shows us. The matrix wants you to think its the real world so much so that you no longer need the real world. So is there a world outside Google. Think next time you are looking for something and google doesn't give that to you it still might be out there in the err.. real virtual world^H^H^H^H^H web
