Torture by VODAFONE

I support fully the experiences narrated above as I am undergoing the similar torture for the last few months. I keep getting the unsolicited messages about fortune/South Africa-Pakistan cricket score , Bollywood tunes etc which I have not asked for neither am interested in. My battery dischrges due to receipt of such trash rather than due to the calls made by me.

Most INSULTING PART IS WHEN i GET A MESSAGE TO PAY MY OVERDUE BILL ON TIME TO AVOID DISCONTINUANCE OF THE SERVICE.

Let me tell every one reading this that not a single payment was delayed on my part since MAXTOUCH days. The reason given is that these are system generated messages and should be ignored.
Common, I refuse to believe that in these days of TECH savvy service providers VODAFONE or for that matter any servoce provider cannot link the system to the track record of the customer for his/her bill payment track record and only select those who have defaulted even once.

I cannot be tolerant for such nuisance every month and am seriously considering the option of switching over to other service provider.

Will anyone take cognizance of this??
